SINGAPORE – September 2025 – The Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) has officially unveiled its newly revitalised 18-hole The Island Course, masterfully redesigned by acclaimed golf course architects Nelson & Haworth. The transformation enhances environmental sustainability and elevates the playing experience for members, reaffirming SICC’s position as one of Asia’s premier golfing destinations.

Under a comprehensive five-year strategic agreement, Toro will supply high-performance turf maintenance equipment and precision irrigation systems to keep The Island Course in optimal condition year-round. Toro’s exclusive Singapore distributor, Jebsen & Jessen Technology – Turf & Irrigation, will provide delivery, training, and after-sales support. The partnership also draws on the global agronomic expertise of Troon International and the specialised solutions from Eng Swee Thye Construction, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable course management.
