BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Toro Company and the Canadian Society of Club Managers (CSCM) are excited to announce a new agreement, which makes Toro one of CSCM’s valued Gold Corporate Partners.

CSCM’s Corporate Partner program recognizes industry partners which share the values of CSCM and offer CSCM members support in their roles as leaders in the club management profession in Canada.

CSCM’s vision is to create great clubs through excellence in professional club management, and its mission is to promote and develop the profession of club management. CSCM offers a variety of programs and services in response to member needs and expectations including the certification program leading to the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation, career opportunities, and a forum for networking for CEOs, COOs, GMs and club managers involved in club management.

“We share a very similar culture with the CSCM, one that is driven to ensure the growth and development of the professionals who work in the golf industry,” said Tony Ferguson, senior golf marketing manager at Toro. “Toro strongly believes in the vision and mission of the CSCM and we are proud to become a major sponsor, and to collaborate with CSCM leadership to provide resources to strengthen the positive impact of the CSCM on club professionals.”

“We are delighted to build upon the relationship we have developed with Toro in recent years and have them join our Corporate Partner program,” said Suzanne Godbehere, chief executive officer at the CSCM. “Our members have and will continue to receive significant value in working with a quality organization such as Toro.”

The agreement begins on February 1, 2018.
