BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — In the Spring, turn your Toro® MULTI FORCE® into the ultimate growing season clean-up tool with a front-mount tine rake dethatcher. When the calendar turns to fall, save valuable time and labor costs with the high-production 38-inch-wide aerator.

Use the rake for the first mowing of spring to remove thatch, embedded leaves and debris. The patented tines lift thatch without damaging healthy turfgrass, and at the same time comb any matted grass to give your lawn a clean, hand-raked appearance. You can also pair the dethatcher with the powerful collection system for the ultimate productivity combination.

MULTI FORCE continues to bring efficiency to a new level, as it’s able to aerate 66,000 square feet per hour at 5 mph. The aerator punctures up to six holes per square foot that are approximately 1/2" wide by 1-1/4" long and up to 3" deep.

Tree roots, rocks and other obstacles are no match for this aerator, which has six floating rotor heads that lift independently, and three caster assemblies with two floating cast iron tine rotor heads. And turning while aerating is a breeze with swivel casters.

The lifting action of the tines prevents soil compaction that’s common with hollow tine aerators, and allows good filtration of air and water into the lawn. You can also easily attach the aerator to your Toro with a mount bar with two clevis pins. An electric actuator lifts the heads for easy, safe transport.

“The feedback from contractors on MULTI FORCE has been tremendously positive,” said Toro senior marketing manager Chris Vogtman. “As a tool that can be counted on for any day, any season, MULTI FORCE will never be an idle investment. For profitable add-on jobs, the dethatcher and hooker aerator is perfect for the small or medium contractor who is looking to expand their service offerings.”
