Toro Expands Lineup of Professional Battery-Powered Equipment with New TurfMaster® Revolution

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Toro is leading the charge when it comes to the evolving demands of landscape contractors and is excited to introduce the latest addition to its line of battery-powered commercial mowers and tools — the new 30” TurfMaster® Revolution. With the addition of this model, the full Revolution line is now available for shipping.
The Revolution series is designed to withstand the rigors of the toughest landscape work while creating maximum efficiency. Contractors will be able to streamline charging needs thanks to swappable batteries between the walk-behind mowers, snow blowers and handheld tools. The models powered by the HyperCellTM Battery System turn the tables on downtime by eliminating engine maintenance and the need to refuel throughout the day.

GrandStand® Revolution
The Toro® GrandStand Revolution stand-on mower is a powerful machine designed for high performance. It’s the same ride you’ve come to trust with its space-saving, flip-up platform, only with zero gas and zero hassles.
Featuring a TURBO FORCE® deck with an adjustable baffle, operators can fine-tune the deck height to get the most pristine cut in any condition. Made with 7-gauge high-strength steel the TURBO FORCE deck is complemented by an extra-strength tubular chassis and durably rugged I-beam front end. It also features industry-leading, dual-capture anti-scalp rollers to ensure the highest quality of cut in the harshest terrain. The Toro GrandStand Revolution combines the speed and comfort of a zero-turn rider with the on-and-off ease of a wide area walk-behind — creating a fast, maneuverable and more productive alternative to meet your quiet, battery-powered, efficient mowing needs.
The contractor-tested and third-party certified Battery Management System (BMS) installed in the GrandStand Revolution allows for longer runtimes and quick charging to maximize productivity. By leveraging HyperCell lithium-ion batteries with high-energy density, Toro has successfully created a battery-powered GrandStand that rivals the performance of its gas-powered counterparts. Ultimately, operators gain efficiencies, cut down on emissions and can complete more jobs with less hassle.
The GrandStand Revolution mowers also automatically pair with Horizon360®-connected technology to get remote insights, including battery life, charging status and GPS location.
Z Master® Revolution
The Z Master Revolution is part of the most powerful line of mowers Toro has ever created. With performance comparable to a 38 hp gas-powered model, you get continuous cutting power for more than seven hours with no engine lag or bogging in tough turf.
Built on Toro’s commercial-grade Z Master 4000 Series frame and legendary TURBO FORCE® deck, this zero-turn mower is built to deliver durability you can count on. The brains of the new Toro Z Master Revolution are ready to deliver precision control. Operators have the freedom to set their perfect blade-tip speed and maximum drive speed while patent-pending software in the drive-lever controls enables smooth, reliable handling.
The all-day battery life is matched by all-day comfort thanks to Toro’s MyRIDE® Suspension System. The suspended operator platform is easy to adjust without the use of tools and is designed for a superior ride experience no matter what terrain you encounter. The Z Master Revolution mowers also automatically pair with Horizon360-connected technology to get remote insights including battery life, charging status and GPS location.
All-New TurfMaster Revolution
The same proven 30″ TurfMaster platform you know meets the quiet, commercial-grade battery power in the all-new TurfMaster Revolution. Three 60V Flex-Force batteries keep this walk-behind working for up to 80 minutes of continuous runtime, and it can cut up to an acre per charge. Those same batteries can be used across Toro’s Revolution Series handheld tools, maximizing convenience for landscape contractors. At the end of the day, recharging the batteries takes just 40 minutes.
The TurfMaster Revolution has a 30″ deck to help tackle more ground in fewer passes than with a smaller model, without losing the simplified and easy-to-learn operation of a walk-behind mower. The 2-bail control system makes it easy to vary the speed where you need it, and its 3-in-1 design allows operators to quickly switch between mulching, bagging or side discharge.
Plus, the TurfMaster Revolution boasts a significant noise reduction.
HD 21 Revolution
Built from the same legendary cast aluminum deck as our gas-powered Heavy Duties, the HD21 Revolution excels when the going gets tough. With premium upgrades such as deck wear plates paired with our rigorously tested battery tech, you get performance that will stand up to whatever comes in your path.
Two 60V Flex-Force swappable batteries keep you cutting by doubling your runtime. Operators have two power modes to get the most out of battery life. Select Auto Mode and allow RPM to ramp up and down based on conditions. Switch to Max Mode and lock in the highest possible RPM to get the most precise, quality cut. The HD 21 Revolution can cut nearly a half acre in a single charge.
60V Max Revolution Series Handheld Tools
Designed with input from professional landscape contractors, the 60V Max Revolution Series handheld tools were built to perform in demanding work conditions and environments all day long. Powered by Toro’s Flex-Force Power System®, the new line includes a dual-battery backpack that can hold any two 60V Flex-Force batteries — which is designed for comfort and available as a power source for the leaf blower or string and hedge trimmers to keep jobs moving all day.
Operators can easily swap out batteries, so when one battery is done, the workday doesn’t have to be. Outpacing the charging speed of larger, lower voltage batteries, the 60V power comes to you fast — taking just 50 minutes to fully charge our largest battery in the all-new six-pod rapid charger.
