Toro Launches New Home Lawn Care Equipment at Equip Expo 2022

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Toro is introducing several new residential equipment solutions that will transform lawn care for homeowners at Equip Expo 2022 in Louisville, Kentucky.

NEW Cutting-Edge Robotic Mower

Available to consumers in spring 2023, the new robotic, battery-powered mower represents the latest in smart, connected technology for homeowners and their yards.

With the industry’s first vision-based localization system and wire-free navigation, setup is easy and tailored to each yard. This mower can navigate tight spaces and move around structures such as trees and landscaping. It is also capable of crossing surfaces, such as driveways and sidewalks, to maintain all areas of the property.

Another exciting feature is the dedicated smartphone app that allows homeowners to customize their mowing schedule — whether it’s around work, sleep or travel. Homeowners can also set the cutting height to ensure optimal lawn health. Additionally, the mower has third-party safety certification, theft-proof features, slope-friendly cutting capabilities and quiet functionality.

Toro’s First-Ever Lifestyle Product

Toro is also thrilled to introduce consumers to its first-ever lifestyle product, the Flex-Force^® Impulse Endeavor Inverter. This 330W inverter with a peak 400W capacity is designed to power electronic devices or be used as a portable power source to recharge customers’ most valuable equipment. The Impulse Endeavor gives users the ability to take power wherever they need it.

NEW Attachment Capable Trimmer System

Homeowners can now take on all their lawn care projects with Toro’s new 60V Max* Attachment Capable Trimmer powered by the Flex-Force Power System. The 60V Max Attachment Capable system’s versatile power head can also be used with a number of tool attachments — including a string trimmer, cultivator, stick edger, pole saw or pole hedge trimmer — to make quick work of any lawn care job.

This trimmer can switch from a 14" cut to 16" cut and use variable speed control whenever and wherever the job calls for it. Pro-grade 0.095" line also comes standard, allowing the user to rip through thick weeds and grass without breaking a line. Plus, the 60V Flex-Force Power System and 3-phase brushless motor with RunSmart^® onboard intel optimize RPMs and torque for extra power and runtime when it’s needed.

NEW 21" 60V Stripe^™ Mower

The all-electric 60V Max 21" Stripe Mower features patent-pending, pro-level striping technology to deliver a statement-making lawn while redefining mowing in a powerful way.

As part of Toro’s family of more than 75 outdoor power tools powered by the fully interchangeable 60V battery system, the new Stripe Mower delivers up to 65 minutes of runtime on just one charge of the 60V battery while high-beam, dual LED headlights enable mowing morning, noon or night. Dual blades surgically cut and recut grass into fine clippings, while the lightweight 21” cutting deck easily maneuvers tight mowing areas and is up to 25 percent lighter than comparable battery-powered mowers. It’s also engineered to provide industry-leading cutting and mulching performance.

An adjustable speed knob and turbo options give the user power on demand, and the reliable push-button start ensures the new Stripe Mower starts the first time, every time. When not in use, the mower can save customers precious storage space with SmartStow^®, saving up to 70% more room in their garage for other tools and toys.

NEW eTimeMaster^®

The new eTimeMaster takes Toro’s popular TimeMaster^® platform, known for covering more ground in less time, and equips it with hours of battery-powered runtime.

Featuring the same proven, dual-force cutting technology as the TimeMaster, the eTimeMaster is equipped with Toro’s timed two-blade system that allows operators to cut a wide 30” swath without missing a single blade of grass. Part of Toro’s fully interchangeable 60V battery family, it features a three-battery port powerhead, so runtime can be personalized for your mowing needs. With the ability to operate for over an hour on one battery, adding up to three batteries to the powerhead makes the new eTimeMaster capable of cutting more than an acre of grass with up to 100 minutes of runtime.

Dual LED headlights make mowing early in the morning or into the evening possible, while a steering wheel style handle engages Toro’s Personal Pace^® auto drive transmission that senses and smoothly adjusts to your preferred walking pace. Equipped with Toro’s Quick Stow storage handle for easy, compact storage, the new eTimeMaster is a battery-powered dream for cutting more grass in less time.

Updated 22" Recycler^® 

Leveraging time-tested engineering, the newest 22" Recycler (model 21467) delivers the perfect cut every time, while nourishing the lawn with Lawn Vitamins™ using Toro's Recycler Cutting System. Plus, onboard Vortex Technology™ delivers more airflow to supercharge your grass cutting.
